Favourite shot. And favorite moment. We had covered 2 and a half hours of the not so difficult trekking. This was the last stop before the next insanely dangerous 3 hours to get to the base camp.
We sat inside this little cabin, watched our kahwa being made, and chatted with the super energetic GulNawaz motivating us.
The start of any journey always is full of promise. And this was the start of ours. We sat on this bridge, laughed, made up our mind to go all the way to the base camp! When we finally got there covered in mud, legs aching, out of breath and exhausted, we didn’t look quite the same, But sharing just a few parts of our journey with you guys!
Here we are sitting almost 12000 feet high at the Nanga Parbat base camp after trekking and hiking for a good 5 hours on a super dangerous trail. Those instant noodles and chai felt really good especially since we had another 5 hours of trekking ahead of us and our legs had stopped functioning at this point.
